Greeting from Sweden - let me introduce myself

Hello everyone !

I am Ms Anna Thoren - a teacher who is also a student of pedagogy at the University of Skovde, in the southwest of Sweden. This semester I finished my first thesis in the Advanced level and the subject was "Sense of Coherence and wellbeing among girls in the school setting". I interviewed eight 12-year old schoolgirls in a small town and the conclusion was that they enjoy school a lot and have great plans for the future.

Next year I will write my master thesis in pedagogy and I am looking for a possible school in the Gambia to cooperate with and get to know further. I am still focused on girls and their wellbeing but when I look at the photos from your school I see mostly boys. Are there any female students at St Augustines at all?
